Quality Provision-Outstanding Practice

Service Description

The High Quality Provision for an Outstanding Practice online or face to face training will support and provide guidance to Early Years managers and leaders to promote and maintain high quality provision. Effective leadership is the drive for high quality and participants will gain an understanding of the importance this has on children’s learning and development. Participants will gain the ability to reflect on the setting’s strengths and areas that require improvement and how this can be implemented on the focused improvement plan/ Development action plan as part of the Quality Improvement Cycle (QIC) within your setting. Participants will be provided on key ideas and strategies on reviewing their setting that reflects the EYFS and the Ofsted Education Inspection framework in a practical way.
