GEM Training and Advisory Service offers a range of packages to suit your nursery's individual requirements. We focus on the gaps identified within your provision, whether these have been highlighted following a Local Authority advisory visit, an independent consultant visit, an Ofsted inspection or a self-reflection nursery audit.

We offer Ofsted Readiness Training and Guidance, as well as bespoke training tailored to the specific needs of your nursery staff. Following the training, a pre-inspection support visit can be scheduled and, where required, a follow-up support visit can be arranged to help ensure that all necessary recommendations are fully embedded into practice.
