GEM Training and Advisory Service  is a One Stop Early Years Solution in providing bespoke and tailormade support, advice and training for Early years managers, leaders and practitioners.

founded by marcia Tatham who is the principal consultant. she has worked within the early years sector for 40 years, of which 30 years is in education with extensive experience of;

  • producing, delivering, assessing and moderating a range of training programmes to Postgraduate level.

  • Providing Continuous Professional Development(CPD) to a range of professionals in various Private, Voluntary and Independent settings (PVIs) and schools,
