founded by marcia Tatham who is the principal consultant. she has worked within the early years sector for 40 years, of which 30 years is in education with extensive experience of;
curriculum design and development
producing, delivering, assessing and moderating a range of training programmes to Postgraduate level.
Providing Continuous Professional Development(CPD) to a range of professionals in various Private, Voluntary and Independent settings (PVIs) and schools,
modelling best practice, coaching and mentoring. Working closely with Early years Leaders and Managers guidance and support are provided in line with statutory framework and policy guidance
auditing a range of early years settings to help improve and maintain a high-quality provision, and achieve positive outcomes for children.
