Service Description

The Effective Leadership, Effective Team online or face to face training will provide the tools leaders need to become effective leaders in Early years. There is an opportunity to reflect on the various leadership qualities that are required to build an effective staff team as well considering leadership strategies needed to ensure a high-quality provision is maintained within an early year’s setting. The training will refer to the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
